Abstract
ABSTRACT
Breastfeeding is a way to meet the nutritional needs of direct breast milk through the nipple after birth to the first 6 months of life. In the nursing process, lack of breast-feeding is affected by reduced stimulation of the hormone oxytocin. Thus, oxytocin massage is a stimulus that stimulates the excretion reflex and stimulates the release of the oxytocin hormone. The study aimed at knowing the effectiveness of the oxytocin massage on breast/breast expenditure in the nifas' mother's region in the belfry district of the 2022 baubau city. The study used an experimental design with one group pre test and the post test design with a come-conscious, time-series approach where the research subject was nifas's mother as many as 10 people who were not taking in-flight supplements were treated with oxytocin massage. Data collection method with interviews, obervasasi, three days of physical and physical therapy. The analysis with the repated Measure anova test aimed at the production of milk production, a p value 0.00 result from 0.05 to the other word that there is an average difference in real production increases over time. Based on research that is supported by theory, it would be concluded that an effective oxytocin massage would mean increased production of breast milk at nifas' mother's center in 2022. It is hoped that the health force in particular could sustain the performance of obstetric care especially on oxytocin massage.
