1. Pengajuan Naskah / Manuscript Submission

Penulis mengajukan naskah melalui sistem online Jurnal Farmasi Al-Ghafiqi. /
Authors submit their manuscripts through the Jurnal Farmasi Al-Ghafiqi online submission system.

Editor melakukan evaluasi awal untuk memastikan bahwa naskah sesuai dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup jurnal, serta mematuhi pedoman pengiriman. /
The editor conducts an initial evaluation to ensure that the manuscript fits the journal’s focus and scope and complies with submission guidelines.

2. Penilaian Awal Editor / Initial Editorial Assessment

Naskah yang memenuhi kriteria awal akan dilanjutkan ke tahap peer review. Jika tidak sesuai dengan ruang lingkup atau tidak memenuhi standar dasar, editor dapat menolak naskah pada tahap ini. /
Manuscripts that meet the initial criteria proceed to the peer review stage. If the manuscript does not align with the scope or fails to meet basic standards, the editor may reject it at this stage.

Editor juga akan memeriksa kemungkinan plagiarisme menggunakan perangkat lunak anti-plagiarisme. /

3. Proses Peer Review / Peer Review Process

Jurnal ini menggunakan sistem double-blind review, di mana identitas penulis dan reviewer dirahasiakan satu sama lain. /

Editor menunjuk minimal dua reviewer yang memiliki keahlian di bidang yang relevan untuk meninjau naskah. /
The editor assigns at least two reviewers with expertise in relevant fields to review the manuscript.

Reviewer menilai aspek ilmiah, keaslian, metodologi, serta kontribusi naskah terhadap ilmu pengetahuan. /
Reviewers evaluate the scientific quality, originality, methodology, and the manuscript’s contribution to the field.

4. Keputusan Reviewer / Reviewer Decision

Reviewer memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil tinjauan dengan opsi sebagai berikut: /
Reviewers provide recommendations based on their assessment, with the following options:

  • Diterima tanpa revisi / Accepted without revision

  • Diterima dengan revisi minor / Accepted with minor revisions

  • Diterima dengan revisi mayor / Accepted with major revisions

  • Ditolak / Rejected

Reviewer memberikan komentar dan saran konstruktif untuk membantu penulis memperbaiki naskah. /
Reviewers provide comments and constructive suggestions to assist authors in improving their manuscripts.

5. Revisi Naskah / Manuscript Revision

Penulis diberi kesempatan untuk merevisi naskah sesuai saran reviewer. /
Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ suggestions.

Revisi yang telah dilakukan dikirim kembali ke editor dan, jika diperlukan, dikirim ulang ke reviewer untuk tinjauan lebih lanjut. /
The revised manuscript is resubmitted to the editor and, if necessary, sent back to the reviewers for further evaluation.

6. Keputusan Akhir Editor / Final Editorial Decision

Editor membuat keputusan akhir berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer, yaitu menerima, meminta revisi lebih lanjut, atau menolak naskah. /
The editor makes the final decision based on reviewers’ recommendations, which may include acceptance, further revision, or rejection.

Keputusan akhir beserta umpan balik reviewer disampaikan kepada penulis. /
The final decision, along with reviewers’ feedback, is communicated to the authors.

7. Publikasi / Publication

Naskah yang diterima akan melalui proses penyuntingan akhir dan dijadwalkan untuk diterbitkan dalam edisi jurnal yang sesuai. /
Accepted manuscripts undergo final editing and are scheduled for publication in the appropriate journal issue.

Penulis akan diberitahu mengenai jadwal publikasi naskah. /
Authors are notified of the publication schedule for their manuscripts.
