FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA BAYI DI WILAYAH KERJA UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS PUSKESMAS BOJO BARU KABUPATEN BARRU

Abstract

Status gizi seseorang sangat erat kaitannya dengan permasalahan kesehatan secara umum, karena selain sebagai faktor predisposisi yang dapat memperparah penyakit infeksi secara langsung juga dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan kesehatan individual. Bahkan status gizi janin yang masih berada dalam kandungan dan bayi yang sedang menyusui sangat dipengaruhi oleh status gizi ibu hamil atau ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi di wilayah kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru. Jenis penelitian ini Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Cross Sectional Study yaitu suatu rancangan penelitian yang mempelajari dinamika korelasi dan asosiasi antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen dan menggunakan uji Chi Square Jumlah responden sebanyak 42 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik Purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada  tanggal pada tanggal 03 Mei s/d 03 Juni 2023.di UPT Puskesmas Bojo Baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan uji Chi-Square Pengetahuan didapatkan nilai ρ= (0,085) > α (0,05), dengan artian Tidak ada pengaruh antara pengetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian ASI Ekslusif, selanjutnya Hasil uji Chi-Square sikap diperoleh nilai ρ= (0,136) > α (0,05). dengan artian Tidak Ada pengaruh antara sikap ibu terhadap pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada dan Hasil uji Chi-Square  dukungan keluarga diperoleh nilai ρ= (0,136) > α (0,05, dengan artian Tidak Ada pengaruh dukungan Keluarga terhadap pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi di wilayah kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Bojo Baru Kabupaten Barru.

A person's nutritional status is closely related to health problems in general, because apart from being a predisposing factor that can exacerbate infectious diseases, it can also directly cause individual health problems. Even the nutritional status of the fetus who is still in the womb and the baby who is breastfeeding is greatly influenced by the nutritional status of pregnant women or nursing mothers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding to infants in the working area of ​​the Technical Implementation Unit of the Bojo Baru Health Center, Barru Regency. This type of research This research uses a Cross Sectional Study research design, which is a research design that studies the dynamics of the correlation and association between the independent variables and the dependent variable and uses the Chi Square test. The number of respondents is 42 respondents who are taken using a purposive sampling technique. This research was carried out on May 3 to June 3, 2023 at the Bojo Baru Health Center UPT. The results showed that using the Knowledge Chi-Square test, the value of ρ = (0.085) > α (0.05) was obtained, meaning that there was no effect between maternal knowledge on exclusive breastfeeding, then the results of the attitude Chi-Square test obtained a value of ρ = ( 0.136) > α (0.05). in the sense that there is no effect between the mother's attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding and the results of the Chi-Square test for family support, the value of ρ = (0.136) > α (0.05, meaning that there is no effect of family support on exclusive breastfeeding for infants in work of the Bojo Baru Health Center Technical Implementation Unit, Barru Regency.
