Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Persalinan Kala II Lama di RSUD dr. L Palaloi Kabupaten Maros
Abstract
Long second stage which is included in prolonged labour, is one of the causes of maternal mortality and morbidity. The impact of prolonged labor on the mother is that it can increase the incidence of bleeding due to uterine antonym, infection, maternal fatigue and shock, while in the fetus it can have an impact on increasing the incidence of asphyxia, trauma. cerebri which is caused by pressure on the fetal head and fetal death. This study aims to determine the factors associated with prolonged second stage of labor at RSUD dr. La Palaloi district. Maros with the variables His, Age, Baby's Weight and Parity. This research was a comparative study with a cross-sectional study design. The population was 649 deliveries, and the sample for this study was 87 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study using the Chi-Square test showed that His (p = 0.000), Age (p = 0.009), Parity (p = 0.028) there is an influence between His (p = 0.000), Age (p = 0.009), Parity (p = 0.028) with the long second stage that occurred in RSUD dr. La Palaloi district. Maros. While the analysis of the baby's weight (p = 0.071) showed that there was no effect between the baby's weight born and the second stage of labor that occurred at RSUD dr. La Palaloi district. Maros
