Monitoring the growth and development of toddlers is a very important thing to implement in toddler services because toddlers who are not monitored properly will lead to the potential for stunting in toddlers. Research using descriptive quantitative research type. The research location is in North Bonde Village, Pamboang District. Majene Regency, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, among the population of 317 selected 76 samples. The data obtained are respondent data and MCH Handbook data as well as the Toddler Cohort Register for 2023. Based on the results of the analysis using the Pearson Chi-Square Test for socioeconomic variables, a p value of 0.35 > greater than 0.05 was obtained and the knowledge variable also obtained a significance value of 0.618 > greater than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, there is no relationship between social economy and community knowledge with community participation in monitoring and growth and development of toddlers in North Bonde Village. Pamboang District, Majene Regency. : From the results of the study it was found that there was no relationship between socio-economic variables and knowledge with community participation in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers in Bonde Utara Village, Kec.Pamboang, Kab.Majene, but it was found that there was no recording of development monitoring either in the KIA Book or in the Toddler Cohort register.
